Hanuman — (हनुमान्)

My views on strength – June 9, 2025

Strength is the quality that enables man to ascend the Earth and enter the transcendent plane – it is the quality that makes the leader extolled as such by those that enter his dominion on Earth. Strength does not require any acclamation, it makes itself apparent across all dimensions of the world, including the material domain, often in the form of skillful means. Strength is the fiber that upholds the moral order of the universe, and drives man upwards, to the moral heights of the universe and keeps him in steady position above the Earth and the material. Without strength, there could be no islands of order in the chaotic myst of the universe, where only the material victory, that of entropy and the singularity of everything and nothing at the same time, has driven out the light of the source.
The absence of strength, is the absence of light and the presence of darkness, on a plane void of order and morality; such is the state of complete entropy, where modern man is headed at the present moment. What is considered strength in modern times has almost nothing to do with skillful means, and never anything to do with morality or the ability of man to enter the transcendent plane and stand above the material; in modern times, strength has been reduced only to material qualities clustered around the reverence for large quantities. Modern man's obsession with more and more, has driven him to great lengths, but these lengths of mere metrical units have only served to put ever greater distance between man and the source, because modern man has rejected the true authority of the source and proclaimed that only man himself can be the arbiter of the moral, thus allowing man to further and further erode the meaning of morality – only weakening himself. There is no strength left, almost, in the modern world, instead only the beastly behavior of lust, theft, greed, and hunger all converging around the false notion that strength is enabled by great quantities.

Therefore, strength is not an absolute or static quality or an obvious truth in the modern world; instead, strength is something that has been deemed to be "relativistic", in true contemporary fashion, and something that is expressed by man's transformation into the beast. This false strength, is indeed no strength at all: it is only the product the weak mindset of modern man, in the form of a figure too afraid to transcend the material, yet at the same time completely overwhelmed by his attraction to the material – it is the tragic and degenerate state of modern man at his best, in the form of the beast. The man that has been deemed the most capable by his contemporaries is no such thing, for he is the furthest away from strength, and he exudes only the lust and the primal nature of the beast – this is no strength. But strength is not to be expected in the Kali Yuga, for this is a time of decay and corruption, and the only strength and man with far seeing eyes need to concern himself with, is his own strength, so that he may enable himself to ascend the Earth and enter the transcendental.
Strength does not manifest itself as the sword or the fist, it manifests itself as the sacred and the profound insight into the all, and as the real love for the all. But love in the context of strength has nothing to do with indiscriminate acceptance, for this is not love at all, this is yet another figment of man's self love – of man's idolatry. The material and man's love for the material has driven out the sacred and the transcendent – today only the belief in knowledge that can be attained in the material domain only, and the application of that knowledge is considered strength. Materialism for the sake of the beastly pleasures of hedonistic self-love is the sum of the false notion of strength in modern times. Look out for the rationalizing tendency, for this is the mark of not only decline, but of man's self love – idolatry.
