Should you engage with politics?
Wednesday – September 24, 2025

In my humble opinion there are really no valid/legitimate reasons to engage with politics, but allow me to explain why. What is politics? Well, I've discussed that topic in previous posts and you can find them all under the label "Politics & Ideology", but in short: politics is basically the allocation of resources in order to change or alter the fundamental circumstances of life in the material domain, and in any society there are different forces that would favor allocation or reallocation of resources in desperate directions (the have and the have-nots), and this is often illustrated by the left-right divide, where left-wing forces tend to favor allocations of resources downwards from the top down, and where right-wing forces tends to favor hoarding of resources at the top of, and they do this by defending the status-quo, and sometimes they may seek to return to the status-quo ante, especially when not in power. I don't favor anyone of these two forces, and I think that the labels "left" and "right" tends to get out of hand, but they are nonetheless still useful when describing this very natural and material dynamic under any societal order, and this is also why people tend to feel so strongly about political issues. But I choose to not engage with politics for I know that the real issue in life is not material in nature, and I am also aware that as long as men continue to allow matters of material circumstances to affect how they relate to themselves and the world, there is no hope for salvation, truly divinely inspired salvation. Indeed, the serpent relies very much on you obsessing about the political game; when you allow your spirit to become ideologically possessed and driven, you also allow yourself to embrace the beastly form; indeed, you lose your human form and you become utterly formless in the face of nature and more importantly in the face of the creator (Yahweh). Why should you allow the matters in some entirely disconnected corner of the world from you to move you in such a way that you become unable to properly relate to the world? This is no way of living; this is heresy. Just look at the regular and painful episode that is electoral season: why should you care that much about the person that gets to lord over you, and why should you work for politicians, who are supposedly working for you under the humanist axiom? No, this is a lie. A big fat lie! Of course, when I go off on long diatribes against politics there are some questions that naturally arise: such as should I or you or anyone vote in elections? I will provide a longer answer to that question later, but I will for now be content with the short answer of: yes. You should vote in elections, but for a very specific reason: to influence the direction of the material order in favor of God, but this is hard and you may believe that this should mean that you should favor reactionary or even conservative forces, but this is certainly not the case. If anything you should support the most radical forces, the forces that will bring on the closure of the Kali Yuga the fastest, and while these may be conservative or reactionary forces, this could just as well be left-wing and progressive forces. Indeed, the way I see it, I believe that the forces that are most in favor of capitalism should win the election, for they will promote the system inherent in the fundamental constitution of the human condition that will bring on the final chapter of this cosmic cycle. Often this could mean very libertarian forces, but they should not be too libertarian, for that will rather quickly evoke a strong reaction. I also want to quickly add that I have no belief in left-wing forces, since they are perpetually weak and unable to govern, and this seems due to the fact that they have made much of weakness, in an Orwellian and almost totalitarian manner, which invariably will hurt themselves and their own goals the most; the left-wing has seemingly embraces weakness, which is quite right if you consider their constitution as a malign force for the malign and depraved elements of society.
Yes, I know that I am contradicting myself: I claimed that there were no valid reasons to ever engage in politics but this was not completely true. If you seek to shatter the material order in a quick manner you should manipulate the game or you should use the power of words and ideas against the serpent: you must essentially outwork the serpent at every step, something that most men would find to be quite impossible. So if you are to engage with politics you must do this with the one goal in mind of restoring the scales of the celestial order, and this means that there is no reason to be reactionary or conservative, since those forces only operate to drag the heels of the material order, to slow down the inevitable course of history. Why should you slow down the process of decline, corruption, decay, and death if the era of rebirth is upon us? No, there is no reason for the conservative or the reactionary, even though I have made many favorable comments about conservatism as an anti-ideology, and indeed this anti-ideology should be applied in your own life, but to apply ideological and philosophical principles in your own life and in the real world are two quite different things, and while one may be true in one context, this does not mean that it must apply in all cases. In future posts made in my "Collectivism & Individualism series" I will cover how to apply ideology and philosophy in everyday life both in terms of society (collective) and in terms of your own life (individuality), and I must also add that individualism is a rather hard subject to cover and describe, which is why I have refrained from doing that so far. I also believe that politics is used by people as a tool to in intra-group relations (between groups), but politics is also used in inter-group relations (between members), and the the anthropological distance between groups seems larger the more intense the politics between the groups are, the more they tend towards violence as a valid means of conflict resolution.
I want to provide a list of reasons why most men think that politics is a valid medium of conflict resolution and then I want to also provide reasons why that is false or illegitimate: there is often a certain tendency among men to assume that they are right because of their seeming inability to relate to other men, and this is often due to a very real lack of empathy; then there is an assumption that reactionary or conservative forces can and will halt the inevitable, but as history has shown this simply isn't the case and has never truly been the case; then there are reasons that seem selfish and they are often selfish, and I will admit here openly that most men do engage with politics due to merely personal and selfish reasons, and this is because the serpent relies on emotions to get you to believe in the game of politics; and finally, it is simply taken for granted, mostly within the imperial core, that politics should be a natural part of life, but politics as a phenomena of mass hysteria is actually a rather recent development and is closely linked to the development of the modern nation-state. Indeed, you may believe yourself to have many good reasons to be engaged with politics, but these are simply mistaken beliefs and as long as you continue to believe in them you will be unable to break free from the material order. Indeed, to break free from the material order must necessitate liberation from the political order. Should this mean that you should be "apolitical"? While this seems like an attractive proposition, you must understand that there really is no such thing as "apolitical" in the material domain, but being inherently political is not the same thing as being a political, and when you realize this you also realize why there is no point in being overtly political.
I want to end this post by again stating that from now on I will not link to older posts and that you need to use the page to navigate to older posts; you may also use labels under the section "Categories A–Z:" to find certain posts.
