Are designer babies a good thing?
Monday – October 13, 2025
The short answer to that question in the heading is yes, designer babies are a good thing, but they're only a good thing within the very human confines of the material domain. Why should a man wish harm and hardship on his prodigy? Should a man expect to be treated with respect if he is short? No, not in the material domain, and this problem will only intensify as time goes on, and that's why I believe that any man, even a beastly man, that claims to have good intentions in regards to himself and his prodigy should consider this step towards post-humanism, because let's not kid ourselves here: while designer babies are inevitable, they're only a step towards the post-human future. Indeed, the plebeian horde may be defined by a certain and characteristic ugliness, and ugliness that can only mean one thing: nature, for anything that makes itself apparent in the world as merely a product of what the so-called "reasoned" and so-called "enlightened man" of the humanist axiom would consider nature is and will increasing bee deemed not sufficient enough. Why should nature be allowed to define man? Why should man's destiny not be his own, and why should he not be able to redefine himself beyond nature? Indeed, this is the question of our time, and the way that I see the world, it would only be right and good to design your own body, to remove imperfection, disease, and corruption, but do note that this would only and merely be bodily corruption; you may not remove spiritual corruption without having cast out all your inner demons, but I also don't believe that it would contradict my stance, general stance, to remove material ills. I do not dwell in pain and I do not see the greatness in pain. Indeed, I can even understand why modern man is so quick to rather sorted judgement, for pain and suffering is not great. What is so great about cancer, or heart disease? Nothing, unless you take the very evil and corrupted view that it would be quite right for the demons of the world to reign supreme above man, and in that context man's body would be required to submit to the demon, to disease and decay. What I've been attempting to do is merely to show light why you decay and corrupt in the material realm, for you are not of this world, but the more you embrace the worldly, the more diseased and corrupted you become, but the liberal humanist axiom has enabled modern men to tell a great lie, that man only by himself can solve all of his material problems. The issue with this line of reasoning is multiple, but the main issue is the atomization of man into the smallest legitimately recognized political unit, namely the individual, for in the humanist worldview, the individual human is nonpareil, and the weight of the entirety of existence do not and can never weigh up to the lone individual guided and governed by that farce called "reason".
Why then should you consider designer babies? Well, you shouldn't consider designer babies, unless you actually plan to put a child into the world. I believe in the efficacy of ideas, even though I believe these ideas will bring doom to the contemporary world order, but I believe that the Kali Yuga needs to come to a close, but it's not that the Kali Yuga needs to come to a close, it will, for it has to come to a close. I believe that it essentially would be cruel to subject your child to a world that isn't made for him. Indeed, you could leave the world behind, but this would preferably mean that you don't put children into the world, a topic that I've briefly covered in the past. At any rate, why should your child become the new subnormal, in a world approaching material perfectionism? This cruelty seems to stem from a lack of skillful means, something that I will cover at another time. But I don't believe that the solution to the inevitable social shift due to the forces of capitalism should be opposed in some kind of dense reactionary way. Instead I believe in embracing the Kali Yuga, for death, decay, and corruption serve the important purpose of Kali, so that the Earth and the world can regenerate and grow anew. Indeed, everything is rapidly approaching corruption and decay, but this is not to be feared.
Lastly I want to close out this post by paying tribute to all of those people that are alive today and that will likely be around in a world where their very being will be obsolete, but by that time the humanist axiom and all fantastical notions of egalitarianism will have been defeated and roundly so. In the future, there simply will be no time for such material considerations of envy.
