Should you follow the laws?
Sunday – October 5, 2025
Quick clarification: I am by no means calling on anyone to break the laws of the particular jurisdiction that they happen to be subject to and if you do break the laws you should expect to be subject to consequences. This is an attempt by me to explain why I regard laws issued by the state to be illegitimate and evil.
I have referred to myself as an anarchist on this page on multiple occasions and I do feel a need to explain why I think of myself as an anarchist and why I believe that there are occasions in life when I would support people breaking laws, such in the case of Kim Davis back in 2015. I do not believe that there is anything inherently wrong or bad in breaking laws, but I do realize that doing so would put me in an adverse relationship with the state and that there would be very little for me to gain in that situation, since I hold no real power in the material domain. I also need to point out the obvious fact that just because something has been issued in a law or ordered by a court in the name of the law doesn't make it moral, for morality stands above the Earth and the material order. Yes, some laws can be said to have been originally derived from the celestial order, but it is the case that most laws are derived from the material order, the limitations and perversions of the material above the sacred and the holy. For me anarchism is a rejection not only of the state, but of the whole humanist axiom, for in our day laws are upheld as tools that can be used to protect men from reality, but I hold that no man stands above reality, and therefore such laws are in particular immoral and illegitimate. Indeed, if you believe that something is immoral because men have proclaimed that they are immoral you have truly embraced the beastly form: man has no dominion over the moral boundaries of the universe. To be obedient is to be cowardly and this obedience is expressed in the beast in his most advanced form, as the modern soldier, great only in numbers, a numerical monster indeed, and such is the case with modernity and all disease in modern times.
But should you follow the laws? Well, I believe that you should overtly follow the laws, that is to say: you should follow the laws in the material domain, but this doesn't mean that you have to follow the laws in the transcendental arena, and this is again because you simply don't stand a chance against the beast in his domain. Indeed, the beast may be stiff and predictable, but do not allow yourself to forget the serpent and the revolutionary elite. Take the example of laws that forbid the redistribution of child pornography: it may seem to be the case that such laws are legitimate for after all they supposedly exist to "protect" children. But let's consider this case more thoroughly: what does "protect" mean and when is it legitimate to assume that someone needs to be protected and that this protection should require men to be silenced and punished. I am by no means a proponent of pedophilia, but what I am trying to get to is the fact that the state will happily use this excuse to hinder men, often in the spiritual domain, which I consider language and speech to fall under, although on could make a case that speech is very material. But at the end of the day speech is a necessary part of thinking and awareness, it is what makes the world make sense and what keeps men away from the wayward path of insanity. The state and the serpent will often use this evil and pernicious word against you and while they will attempt to manipulate you into believing that they are curbing your spiritual expression in the name of protecting children, they are in fact ruthlessly pursuing a form of spiritual warfare against men of ascendant rank, and one very effective way of doing this is to overload the spiritual landscape with bureaucracy, and one government that has been explicit about this is the Chinese communist government in Beijing (Peking). I like to call this feature of the material world: bureaucratic warfare. See, the main purpose of laws is to hold you back and to create a justification for the creation of more and more quantities: indeed it's clearly the case that the government and the state exists to justify the material order.
So while I will refuse to call on you or anyone else to break the laws overtly, I do believe that you are better off not adhering to the laws in spirit, and this will go a long way; it will go a long way in your pursuit of your own liberation and enlightenment. Indeed, most men will follow the laws and such men will think of themselves as inherently good for following the laws, without ever realizing that they are transforming into the obedient beast. So while I don't see that there is anything for you to gain in breaking the laws, I believe that if you do actually break the laws that you should think of yourself as a man that exists outside of time, for only such men can truly break the laws in good conscience, and for that you need to ascend above the Earth and the limitations imposed on you by the material order; you need to cast off all humanist lies and all assertions about egalitarianism and you need to throw off the primordial and infantile disorders relating to collectivism.
This post is part of my "Personal Notes series", and you can find you more under that label.
