Should you exercise?
Friday – October 17, 2025

The short answer to the question in the heading is yes: for material reasons alone it is very important to exercise your body, but exercising isn't only about the material. I believe that physical exercise is paramount to your spiritual life as well, because a man that is not in good shape cannot be expected to bear the burdens of his own life, let alone the world. This is similar to why I believe that it is important to fast, as I've covered recently, because physical exercise will help you retain your vital essence. But I do want to make a quick note about fasting and exercise: you may not fast and exercise seriously at the same time, because this will simply put too much strain on your body which will more likely than not result in you losing the grip on the situation, which means that you likely will fall back into the beastly form. Remember that the beastly call is sweet in broken places. I believe that it's best to fast and after you have fasted for at least 3 days (72 hours) you can start to exercise. I do believe that you need to eat when you exercise, but the rule for eating should always be that eating should serve a purpose, and here I do believe that the only way to gauge this is by being material. See, the act of eating is materialistic, there's just no way around this and if you expect to be able to exercise you need food, but again that food should serve the purpose of enabling you to exercise more efficiently. A man only needs the bare minimum of food and sure when he decides to exercise, which the modern concept of exercising really is a sad thing indeed, because a man in tune with nature would not need to exercise. See, you only need to exercise as long as you remain in the world, the material world. A man that has earned his ascendancy, a man of true rank, would never need to exercise, because his entire being is in tune with the intentions of the creator, but this just isn't the case with the beast. The beast has strayed so far away from his natural form that he has to find ways to temporarily capture that natural form so that he doesn't reach his demise just too quickly, and indeed the men that have completely and fully embraced the beastly form by both not exercising and eating far too much have embraced chaos, the willing chaos, for the only guiding principle they have is their wish to see the world in ruins, to see the world burn to the ground, which can only be seen as an act of evil in my humble opinion, but I do also just want to again clarify that this isn't exclusively the case with fat people; fat people are just one very contemporary expression of the beast in his most advanced form. In order for you to be able to break free from the prison, you do need to learn how to take charge, how to become more like the tiger. Again, the tiger does not ask for permission and if you're going to sit around and wait for permission before you act, before you exercise and before you lose weight, then you've already lost. Obedience makes you the beast. The creator gave you a body and now you're abusing this body, but you are acting in this erratic way because you are trapped in this prison by the human limitations, for you no longer know the real world, you're lost to the societal infrastructure.
Indeed, it is because of this societal and very much limiting infrastructure that you find yourself seemingly unable to change yourself and your own being, let alone the world. To fast, and to exercise is to take charge, it is to move one step closer to your real and true form. But as long as you live for the humanist axiom, and as long as you excuse evil in the name of protecting "human rights" you will never be able to take charge of your own life, thus you will never be able to achieve your full and true form. If you are disgusted by yourself, you should know that this is a sign that you are living a profoundly corrupt life and as long as you refuse to act, you are lost. I don't believe in predestination, but I do believe that some people just naturally seem not willing to act; these people have been described as natural slaves by men such as Aristotle, and it should be noted that these people, the natural slaves, are the ones that are dominating the world today, but this should be expected as we're living in the times of the Kali Yuga, and as long as we remain in this cosmic cycle, the world will only be more and more populated by these natural slaves, these men without arms, without legs, and without ability. Disease, decay, and death is the only thing that these people have to offer, and that's okay as long as you recognize the threat and remove yourself from the threat. Only you can act on behalf of yourself and only you can remove all evil and malign influences in your life. Again, to exercise should be seen as an act of rebellion against the materialist order, even though one could describe physical exercise in particular as a deeply material thing to do, but this is because you haven't been given another choice in the material domain. Your life has been squeezed into and down to such a small space that you must find creative ways to express your nature, to connect with the creator. Yes, to exercise is really to transcend beyond the materialist order, and the same can also be said about fasting.
I don't want to shame anyone but I don't believe that justice is about excusing disease, and that's why I will remain steadfast in my application of compassion, true and sincere compassion and sincere love. Indeed, there's nothing lovely and loving about allowing encouraging other men to fall into disarray, both materially and spiritually; that would be evil. I don't have any specific advice as to how you should go about when you exercise, but I am sure that the internet is full of useful and very material advice. Also, yes some people deserve and should be shamed, for the sake of upholding the celestial order.
