What is the purpose of the church

Image
Stained glass window in a church What is the purpose of the church? Sunday – September 21, 2025 Is the purpose of the church and the leaders of the congregation to promote the material order and other modern confusions , to act on behalf of the serpent? Well, in many contexts the church has taken up this role, not to further the meaning of the Bible and the words of God as recorded in the Bible and transmitted through time, but rather to interpret and manipulate the original meaning of God's words in order to lead men astray, in order to encourage men to embrace the beastly form . Indeed, many modern churches and congregations have fallen victim to the whims of the serpent , and this has been a growing tendency in many congregations since of at least the inception of the modern nation-state , but really since the dawn of this latest cosmic cycle, and in the past many pastoral and parochial churches acted on behalf of the feudal lord, or rather they acted in the interest of the fe...

What is news and media?

Stock photo: A stack of old newspapers What is news and media? Saturday – September 20, 2025 First and foremost allow me to define the words news and media. I also want to add that both the words news and media tend to coexist, or they tend to be used interchangeably by many people, but news and media are two distinct words that may or may not refer to the same thing: news is media, but media isn't necessarily always news, and while this distinction may seem obvious to you, it doesn't seem to be that obvious to many people these days, especially those that use terms like MSM (mainstream media, mass media, etc, etc. News refers to news, it just means things that are new about the world, the contemporary world, and there are organizations whose job it is to report on such news, or changes to the contemporary order, and they often claim to be impartial and all that, but I will cover that later. Media can really refer to any organization that puts out information through some sort ...

Collectivism & Individualism, part two

Giovanni Battista, Tiepolo's fresco What is hatred? Friday – September 19, 2025 In order to understand hatred as a political act, as an act in the process of imposing one's group identity on the world, one must understand the importance of collectivism and the political objectification of the collective individual , the individual member of the collective. Ask yourself this: is it easier to hate a random individual that you do not know anything about, or is it easier to hate a person that you know and that you also know has hurt you in some way? For most people that question would indeed be easy to answer: most people would have a rather hard time hating a random individual that they know nothing about, but on the other hand most people would not struggle to understand why they may feel hatred towards a person that they know has caused them hurt. On the individual level, it is actually quite hard for most men to hate another man, and indeed it is just as hard for most men to s...

Is the world a terrible place?

Image
A Girl with Flowers on the Grass by Maris Is the world a terrible place? Thursday – September 18, 2025 The short answer to that question is yes and no. The world is indeed a terrible place, but it's not terrible in the way most people perceive of why the world is terrible; indeed most people completely miss why the world is a terrible place, or rather the things that actually have made the world a terrible place, but I will get back to those later. Of course, in turn the world is actually not that terrible in the ways people assume the world is bad. Indeed, today there's a lot of confusion about plenty of stuff, and one thing people seem to get very wrong is actually the material circumstances of the world and of most people living in the world. Actually, even though you won't know this by relying on your television or even worse the internet: there are actually far less people in the world starving today than in a long time, and on top of that there are actually far less ...
