How do you lose weight?

As I've covered in the past, losing weight is indeed very difficult for most people and that's because of a variety of reasons but I do believe that the main reason why people struggle to lose weight is because of their depraved and corrupted lifestyle; such people have allowed disease to fester in their life to such an extend that they have nothing else to lose but their life. There are of course a number of ways to lose weight and some of those ways could be considered radical ways to lose weight by most people. But before I go on about actually losing weight, allow me to provide a materialist explanation as to why people struggle to lose weight: most people that are obese, that is they have a Body Mass Index (BMI) past or equal to 30, have developed this disorder because they simply eat to much and they have built into their routine, into their life, a way of eating that is completely detrimental to their health and physical well being and eventually their body becomes inflamed and diseased; indeed, it is often very difficult for these persons to lose weight and then maintain the weight loss. I do believe that anyone can lose weight, but I also recognize that most people do suffer from having a rather hard time losing weight and this has both a spiritual and a material dimension: see it's very much the case that fat people have allowed their senses, their primitive senses, to control their actions and this has reduced them to beasts; but it's also the case that most persons have a difficult time avoiding allow themselves to transform into beasts, and this is primarily due to the malign influences of the humanist axiom that asserts that every need and every call from their primitive side should be heeded and fulfilled, which then enables people to develop obesity and other illnesses, and do note that most people who are obese are actually quite severely ill and their approximate cause of death will likely be tied to this condition so it's paramount to actually lose weight if you are fat, at least if you value what some men refer to as "the gift of life". But again, losing weight is hard not because the act, or really the inaction, of losing weight is hard or complicated but because these people have become infested with the noise and the propaganda of the serpent. From a materialistic point of view, it's very easy to lose weight: you do not have to do anything, for your body should and will take care of all the overdue/excess fat, but again people cannot allow their body to take care of itself because they are under the impression that they need to keep stuffing their face with more and more food that will only make them sick and more diseased. It's really a pathology to be fat, at least in modern times. Of course, in the past it would've been seen as a good thing to be fat, and indeed being fat was and has for most of human history been seen as a good trait, but since most people in the modern world life in material abundance, one can no longer be as quaint about this trait: obesity is clearly a problem, both spiritually and materially. But apart from obesity and fatness in general there are many other traits that have similar problems and similar causes in the modern world and you can read all about them here in my post about addiction.
    What then are some ways to actually lose weight? Well, if you intend to continue in the world, the material domain, then I believe your best option would be to simply slowly stop eating as much, but I don't believe that you can crash your way out of obesity wither, and that's why I believe that you need to structure your life around in such a way that it pushes out your need to eat or your ability to eat. This could mean taking on a second or third or even a forth job, but it could also mean crashing your economy, but that last suggestion really belong to the more radical and unusual but effective ways of losing weight, but do allow me to note that in our peculiar times it's usually the people who exist at the margins of society who are more likely to actually become fat and this is merely a function of our materialist order. There are other ways as well to lose weight in the material domain but some of them may be illegal so if you happen to live in a jurisdiction where things such as taking certain substances would be illegal I call on you to stay clear of them; do not take drugs. However, if you live in say Portugal then you could take drugs to lose weight, here's my post about "imagination enhancers", and one way of losing weight would basically be to switch out one form of addiction to another form of addiction such as starting out with heroin. See, heroin, if you become addicted that is, will take up so much of your life that you will become forced to lose weight. I bring up heroin in this context because for many persons losing weight is so hard that they basically need to become forced to lose weight and strong so-called "addictions" to drugs such as heroin will force you to lose weight. There are other substances you could try as well and instead of taking drugs, which I do not recommend that you do, you could drink water. But I believe that for most fat people, eating isn't about hunger as much as it is about an urge to simply stuff their face with sugar and other things. I also believe that fat people either have or will eventually develop an inability to sense that they've eaten too much and this could mean that you simply should eat less and more slowly.
    Look, there are many ways to lose weight, but I believe that the faster you want to lose weight the more radical you have to become, and I also believe that the more you want to keep yourself slim after losing weight the more radical you have to become. But again, do note that I for legal reasons do not recommend that you take up drugs. I also believe that drugs are generally bad for you, unless they have the ability to lift you up, to make you ascend above the earth. So in short: your best option is either to leave the material domain behind or to basically force yourself to stop eating, which is hard but doable. Again, just to clarify: I don't recommend you or anyone to take heroin; my heroin suggestion was merely an example of skillful means that enables you as an individual to go beyond the beast and the limitations of society, really it belongs to the category of radical weight loss.
