How do you take a step back?
Monday – October 27, 2025
The commotion of the modern world can break your nervous system: really any man that is comfortable with the modern world has been forced to go through a major mental breakdown, but this mental breakdown isn't really labeled a mental breakdown, it's more often than not labeled being "social" or really prosocial. It's by no means natural or good for a man to spend most of his time around strangers that he really knows nothing about and that's also why strangers are political objects to any sane man. The nervous system simply cannot handle too many people and the mental and emotional overload that happens in the modern world, basically forces men to relate to the world as far more abstract than it really should be. What is a stranger to you? Well, to most men a stranger is an object, for they simply have no reasonable way to deal with and handle the enormous volumes of strangers otherwise. Indeed, the natural thing to do for most men would actually be to run away from or even kill strangers, but in the so-called "civilized" and "polite" society that we live in, this is not an acceptable approach to the world and so you are forced to break down mentally, until you've forced your brain to become accustomed to being around unknown people all the time and of course this makes you embrace the beastly form. You become what you surround yourself with, especially in the modern world. Ask yourself this: how am I supposed to be natural and healthy when the people I surround myself with are insane? What am I supposed to do to not become insane in a world where insanity is imposed on me? Well, the answer to that question is simple, you take a step back. Here I'm not referring to people that retire and completely retreat from the world, that's another topic, but you do need to take a step back from the world because doing so is really an act of self preservation and self care, self love. Most people have been taught, usually in the name of humanism, to never dear to mistreat others and to always make sure that other people have comfort, but this is seldom extended to the individual, because you're not supposed to relax and exist in harmony with nature; you're supposed to exist for the benefit of the materialist order and that quite squarely puts you in a situation were you may not have a good mental health. I believe that nature is the best retreat and once you get into nature you quickly become immersed with yourself and your real truth, and once that happens you'll quickly forget about all of the materialist nonsense that doesn't mean anything. Think about the world of 100 000 years ago: did the materialist order matter then and will the materialist order matter in the world 100 000 year from now? No, and that's because in all truth, the materialist order never really mattered. I know that I've made some obvious points here, but once you realize that you don't have to do anything, then you can truly open yourself up to the world and become truly human again. What is natural, good, and normal about traveling by public transportation? Nothing, and I believe that you become sick and diseased by being forced to endure that kind of thing. It really works on your health. I believe as well that a man needs to be serenely secure within, in order to be secure in the world and in order to be safe. You can't be safe when your nervous system is being constantly overloaded with danger. Yes, strange people are dangerous and the normal thing to do is to be afraid of strangers, but not because fear is good but because fear is an important social signal. Again, I don't recommend violence, and that's why I believe that you should not go by public transportation or really live in a city to begin with. At the end of the day, cities are nothing but large cesspools of disease, corruption, and degeneration. Would you wish that your daughter moved away to the city? I don't think so.
If you don't want your daughter to live in the city, if you don't want your prodigy to have to suffer in the material domain, then don't do it to yourself; learn self care and self love. I have retreated from the world and that has made me a far better person. While I don't claim to be of ascendant rank, I do believe that I can see more than most men and that has made me healthier both mentally and physically. Yes, mental illness is the point; they want and they need you to be mentally ill so that they may control you better and so that they may go on with their crusade against the natural order. You need to take a step back, in order to preserve your mental health and your physical well being and that doesn't mean that you have to immediately disconnect from the world, but it does mean that you could and should leave the internet and school and work and all of that alone and take a long walk. Again, I don't have any precise advice on how you should take a step back, but I do believe that going on long walks can be beneficial for your mental and physical health. Now, don't you be quoting me, 'cause I'm not a medical doctor. That last sentence was a joke right in keeping with the mentality of the plebeian horde: I am not approved of by the state, so I am not relevant and in fact I may not even exist. Can you now see how mental health is affected adversely by the commotion and the mindset of the modern world, or rather by the mindset, the mindset the revolutionary elite expects you to have in the modern world? You're nothing but yet another brick in that wall. Well, don't be another brick in the wall; take a step back. Once you've taken a step back and gained some insight and perspective, then you may be ready to actually retreat and retire from the world, but that time may or may not come, and indeed for most men it would seem ordained by the creator that the time of profound realization shall not come, but that is to be expected in this our era of the Kali Yuga.
Take a step back for the sake of yourself, so that you can operate for the benefit of all sentient life – the Bodhicitta.
