Essential survival strategies during the Kali Yuga – August 25, 2025

How do you survive the times of the Kali Yuga? I intend to answer this question in this post and I will provide answers that pertain purely both to the material domain and to the transcendental arena, as well as answers that may not clearly fit into either of those two categories and those answers can be thought of as covering subjects that exist in between the material and the sacred: examples of that could include sexual conduct; but I will still try to keep this post about mainly the material and the spiritual, but again do bear in mind that some of the answers that I will provide cannot be said to fit neatly into either category, and whether you think of my answers as being purely material or sacred or vague, that is up to you; I will provide no flairs or notes on whether or not my answer belongs to one category or another, that's up to you to decide. First and foremost, to survive is in and of itself an entirely difficult and complex enterprise for any sentient creature, for creatures of sentience require active participation in the material domain to survive to live to see another day, whereas creatures that are non-sentient, such as sea sponges and sea stars require no real action to survive, for they have developed an entirely passive approach to survival: namely filter feeding, but this post does not intend to cover the survival strategies of sea sponges and sea stars, even though I happen to be fond of them and their survival strategies. Human beings, as I've stated in the past, are creatures that can be said to be fundamentally sick and depraved, but you may ask what this means? Well, if we read the Genesis in the Bible, the old testament, we discover that human beings have been marked by the creator (Jehovah) as sinners, and man's original sin was to eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge: this part of Genesis (Genesis, 3:7) can be interpreted as man gaining knowledge, something that brought on to man great pain and suffering, but God also punished man and woman by making their existence hard and fundamentally painful, for this was the appropriate punishment for mankind, in full accordance with the creators love for his creation. Therefore, living is hard and it is hard for a reason, man is a sinner and he continues to commit the original sin every day of the week under the sun, in an attempt to break free from what he calls a prison, but what is in reality a well deserved punishment. With knowledge came awareness and with awareness came mental pain and mental illness, but the Bible and Christendom isn't the only metaphysical tradition that explains why man is fundamentally sick and deprived and why his life is hard: most other major metaphysical traditions converge around this fact of human life, the human condition. What I can say then about the era of the Kali Yuga is that this is the point in the cosmic cycle when man has grown hubris, when he has taken on the form of the beast, when he has become convinced of his own greatness, and when he has made himself God and King over the Earth and the universe, thus his life continues to become harder and harder as he modern man has replaced his innate need for closeness to God the creator with the production of and multiplication of evermore quantities, material artifacts to heal the soul lost on the high seas without divine guidance. Indeed, to survive during the Kali Yuga is an epic tale of willpower and triumph over the cosmic corruption and the growing tendency to embrace the most primitive and the most beastly, indeed to reduce man to the animal of homo sapiens sapiens, the natural man according to the humanist axiom. Heroism, pure and frank heroism is what the far-seeing man requires of himself to survive this our era of the Kali Yuga, and this is essentially the point of the Bodhicitta – to operate for the benefit of all sentient life and this is true love. Spiritual warfare, manipulation, physical violence, and notions such as egalitarianism and democracy, these are all meant to hinder your from attaining spiritual progress, real progress, and become one with the creator, so that you may work towards putting the scales of the celestial order into proper balance, for your own benefit and the benefit of the all. The formless man, the man without a soul, he is the antithesis to the hero, to the man that you seek to become. Walk towards the light.

    Modern warfare is the most material avenue in which the Kali Yuga, this our era, will make itself apparent, or rather: modern warfare is the most material avenue that the decay, the corruption, and the death associated with the Kali Yuga will take, and this is why I call on such things as taking the Pacific Route and waging Radical Peace, even if this would be to your own material and physical detriment, for it will surely put you in good standing with the creator (Jehovah), and in the end you have nothing either materially or spiritually to gain from taking part of the serpent's plan; instead you should embrace the ways of Thor and strike down the serpent and his enterprise, but spiritually by engaging in Spiritual Warfare. Then we have personal conflicts, and these could involve monetary motives, or they could include such things as a love triangle, and in these circumstances I call on you to depart and retire from the material domain, for you have nothing to gain in these circumstances either, but here I will not call on you to wage Radical Peace: if it is the case that you would find yourself in great monetary adversity if you do not engage with the material domain, then by all means do everything you can do to protect yourself and ensure your own safety. I do not however think that you should be engaged in such things as a love triangle, and if you do find yourself in such a situation, then you should depart; I have nothing else to add. In terms of spiritual battles that you may find yourself in, you must defer to the master and in my view the master will appear once you, the student, are ready, and you should allow the master to teach you how to engage in the arts, but watch out for such things as witchcraft and other depravities, for they will not do you good. Finally, when you engage in sexual intercourse you should only do that for one reason, a topic that I have covered in the past, to operate for the procreation of more children; any other reason for sexual intercourse is immoral and you should engage in celibacy.

    Before I close this post out I want to again stress the fact that these examples are not necessarily always purely material in nature, nor are they purely spiritual in nature: they are however true and most men will face these challenges in their day-to-day life and while I cannot provide a substantive in depth answer to what you should do to survive the Kali Yuga, it stands clear to me that everything, whether profane or spiritual in nature, converges around the source, the original motion of the creator that set the all into existence. I don't condemn sin; I feel pity for the sinner and I call for even the most depraved sinner to repent and turn towards the light. It is not for mere humans to punish or judge; the final judgment is only reserved for the creator and it will surely depend. In this era of rampant individualism and societal breakdown due to the forces of the Kali Yuga, capitalism and technological progress, it is fancy and fancier for men to think of themselves as nonpareil, but as this era has shown: even man cannot and will not withstand the wrath of the divine vengeance that is upon him. But I also believe that the Kali Yuga can be and must be survived, and this is the task of the fewer and fewer men of ascendant rank: they will put the scales of the celestial order into proper balance in the era of rebirth and they will prosper, but this time is still far away and there are many more tribulations ahead.
