Notes on dieting |

First and foremost: I don't have much of any interest in promoting this blasé and girly carefree attitude towards the concept of dieting; for me eating is a serious matter, and many things in life are tied to your eating habits, but I must admit that I don't like the word "diet" too much, but for this post it'll have to do. Also, I recommend that you read my post "Are certain foods immoral?", where I discuss the moral and metaphysical aspects of eating.
To begin, sugar is toxic and injurious to every single cell in your body, and you know this yet you continue to allow yourself to eat and consume this toxic and evil product, because you are a very stupid person. Indeed, only very profoundly ignorant and stupid people, with a complete lack of skills, could allow themselves to fall to this level, but here we are, and it's disgusting to witness. The mechanization is relentless and even such a sacred thing as food should not be allowed to remain untouched by the material monstrosity. Of course, there are many other products than mere sugar that makes you diseased, but sugar seems to be everywhere, just in keeping with the quantitative character of the modern world, because sugar really serves one purpose, economic growth, and everything that can bring quality to the plate is essentially masked by this single drug, sugar, and you have no problem with this, because you are a beast and you exist in the lowest and most primitive level. Yes, to some extent you should feel shame and disgust looking at yourself in the mirror everyday, but this approach would also be very much lacking in skills, but I do believe that you at least can concur with me when I assert the fact of how much the modern world saps you of strength and any ounce of willpower to resist against all of its malign influence? But yes, this isn't only an issue of skills, this is a structural issue, and it's yet another sign of our times, the Kali Yuga; in the the past food didn't serve the purpose that it seems to serve all too often today; in the past food was something that was primarily sacred; today food is merely another material accessory that exists for the purpose to feed your addictions, and why obesity, just to underscore the monstrous nature of modern men, is so common. You are growing into a veritable beast, a monster, and you can't even notice this, because you've become so numb to change. How can this be? Well, again, it's all about the cosmological cycle that characterizes the modern world. It's actually quite fantastical that materially poor people should have come to exhibit these traits to the extent that they do; yes materially poor people have always tended to be unfit and of low mentality, but not to this extent. So let that fat metaphysical bastard, that monster of the material order, be the signal representative of the modern mentality and why such an enterprise as democracy is destined to fail, especially should I add in modern times. Yes, this is a value judgment, a thought crime, it would seem, in modern times. But this isn't about the merely material and physical expressions of metaphysical decline; it's also about many facts that hold true even in the temporal domain, and many profane scientists, as scholars would refer to them, would agree and would also assert that there's something, at the very least, inherently contradictory about the materialist order, even though they would more often than not then go on to make further fantastical claims about the nature of the world, but this is a story for another time. Verily, when even the most ardent representatives of the material order manifest in this mentally confused way, one could hope that even the most lowly of the beasts would begin to think, but this to will be to no avail; the masses are simply too stupid and too incorrigible, and it would be a waste to engage in an enterprise of metaphysical "intervention" to attempt to save these, for most practical purposes, lost souls. Let's remember that the principle most concerned here is the rule of the critical mass, and this critical mass has been surpassed a very long time ago; it's all now a matter of division and multiplication.
What then can you do to "improve" your diet? Well, I choose to use that modern catch phrase—"improve your diet"—here, just to enable myself to engage in a form of strategic discourse, because after all it would simply become too tedious of an enterprise to attempt to make someone who isn't quite intellectual open to the vast nature of the universe; most people are intellectually too narrow to understand anything unless modernism isn't introduced to some extent, but this is actually a rather skillful approach, because at there is nothing that says that materialism can't be used or shouldn't be used to attain a higher mode of being. While I am no expert, medical doctor, dietitian, or other relevant material expert, I can provide some superficial guidance and advice, but I have already done most of that in my posts about fasting and how to attain good health, which you can read here and here. To begin with, yes you should never eat sugar, because sugar is toxic and damaging to every cell in your body, and when you can't have a healthy body, you may not be metaphysically healthy either. Apart from sugar I hold that alcohol is also a bad thing and should be avoided in any and all circumstances; I will add that alcohol will also promote mental confusion and illness. I believe that you should essentially eat less than 2000 calories per day, but more than 1500 calories per day, but these calories must also be delivered by healthy and moral foods. Avoid everything that is materialistic, such as fast food or fat food, as I like to call it. In the end, your body should be judged as a representation of your willpower and ability to remain uncontaminated by the serpent.
Again, I am not a medical professional, a dietitian, or an expert in any way in connection to this subject; these are my own opinions.
