What is disability?
Sunday – February 1, 2026
Why are so many modern people disabled? Or perhaps I should rephrase the question: why do so many people today claim to be disabled? Well, before I can answer that question I should clarify that there are people who are disabled, and that yes disability can come in both mental and physical form, something you may read about here and here. But apart from people who are actually disabled, the vast majority of people who claim to be "disabled" are in fact no such thing, or at the very least the so-called disability these people supposedly suffer from seems to be illusory, and really just the latest expression of modern confusions. For instance: what does it mean to be "neurodivergent"? Well, in fact there's no such word, as far as I am aware, because that term, neurodivergent, is a new word and also very much a political term—read more about political objects in my "Collectivism & Individualism series"—that denotes some kind of status. Well, this status of being "neurodivergent" really only refers to people being unable to function in a proper way, and because these persons refuse to adopt to other people, they lack empathy, and because they lack empathy they also lack proper social skills; here I am not referring to skillful means in a metaphysical sense. Indeed, people who claim to be disabled but who are no such thing is really the latest and perhaps most advanced form of individualism, and this individualism has even gone so far as to make the fact of someone being disabled, real or not, a matter of identity, meaning that most of these people value the recognition of their supposedly disabled status in the eyes of other people as more important than the disability itself, and this confusion has even gone so far that some people go beyond claiming disability as an identity but as a strength. I cannot think of any previous time in history where people considered a disability to be a strength, but such are our times, where confusion seems to reign supreme over men. Of course, it does seem that this identity confusion in modern times is somewhat more expressed in the female gender, at least outwardly, but wishing to and claiming to be disabled isn't an entirely female phenomena, but embracing dysfunction as a virtue would surely seem to be in keeping with the choleric and histrionic character of a young and confused woman, which is true and goes to show to what extend the vigor and strength of civilization has declined in modern times, read Modern civilization. Of course, the histrionic character trait of seeking attention is also very much an expression of individualism, and this trait can only be expected to be more expressed in a time where people are more similar than ever and where people have lost a sense of authority that can anchor them in the world. On another note, many people who claim to be disabled do this as well to earn money from this disability, which goes to show that people are less willing to act in ethical ways as well, but this is also an expression of that same modern confusion – individualism. But again, I do need to clarify that there are indeed people who are disabled, but most of them are not acting out their disability in a histrionic fashion, and the interesting thing about people who are actually disabled is that the pressure groups that lobby in their interest often consist of fanatical activists who themselves are not disabled, but of course these activist will more likely than not claim to be disabled. To speak in a more profane manner here: if you can drive a car, if you can pass most schooling, if you can read an instruction manual, and if you do not suffer from any real physical or mental ailment, then you are simply not disabled and if you claim that you are disabled then you are likely lying to yourself, but this is an issue for another time. Of course, the last note I want to make here is that most children today are raised to become activists and most schooling is carried out by political instruction, which is why modern people are so hysterical about different kinds of "buzzwords" that excite them in one or another direction. Indeed, modern people will often react very strongly to certain words because they've been instructed by the revolutionary elite to do so, which goes to show how stupid and completely thoughtless the vast majority of people are, read Democracy.
So, when people who are not disabled claim to be disabled, understand that these people are living under the delusion that they in fact are disabled, and of course questioning these peoples supposedly "lived experience" would deem you a political enemy, and many men have fallen in this modern hysteria. Understand to, that the pseudo-disabled are encouraged to claim disability status because of the perverse incentives that the modern inversion of hierarchy promotes; this can be described best as a person trying to solve a problem and doing everything wrong until he either gives up or is forced to do the right thing, read 100% wrong. The fact that claiming to be something that you are not and simultaneously feeling some kind of "pride" in this delusion would be considered highly unusual in the not so distant past has in no way discouraged modern people from behaving in this manner, and in fact you may even notice that the aversion to certain behaviors from the ancestral tradition is a reason for moderns to accelerate and double down.
But the most important point here that I have yet to mention is this: when about 1 out of every 3 boys are likely to be "diagnosed" with conditions such as "ADHD" it's clear that we're not even talking about profane science anymore, but a kind of pseudoscience that exists to uphold the materialist order above the well being of normal people, because in this instance profane science has divided and divided in multiplicity to such an extend that the proponents of this "method" have lost track of even the temporal domain. How is it that someone can "discover" their disability later in life? If you are disabled shouldn't this be entirely obvious? Of course, finding yourself, discovering your "sexuality", and becoming disabled are all just expressions of individualism as previously mentioned. What has happened here is a devaluation of life by compartmentalizing people who simply are misplaced in the modern world, often boys and young men, and this way the real and pressing issues of the modern world can simply be dismissed and forgotten about. Yes, it is remarkable that so many people seem to want to be disabled, but at last these confusions are all expressions of the same disordered world order and they are only going to intensify, until the final rupture with the Kali Yuga at the close of this cycle.
