"No stupid people"

Notes on stupid people |
Tuesday – February 24, 2026

I am someone who doesn't like to deal with stupid people, because stupidity works on my nerves and that in turn makes me unable to properly do what I am supposed to do, namely write this blog post for instance. Of course, due to democracy, stupidity is at the forefront and anything really skillful must always be pushed aside, and this is even true in the domain of "reason", because of course reason isn't the means by which democratic "discourse" is propagated; democracy is always propagated through sentimentalism. This means, essentially, that yes, modern people are both profoundly stupid and ignorant, ignorant because they've been made stupid. Who in this particular iteration of time is really capable enough to receive any kind of divine mandate? None, because those old social distinctions have been erased and the victim of so-called "cyberbullying", for instance, is just as important as the truly educated man, not that such men are common in the modern world; profane education is really no kind of education, but that's a topic for another time indeed. No, I can't stand having to deal with stupid people, because they make my body react very strongly and this makes me weak and likely to fade away much faster. But the stupidity goes beyond a mere nuisance; stupidity is everywhere to be found today, and that goes also to the points I recently made about "identity politics" and the "End of history", which you should read about. Essentially, people are becoming more stupid as this cycle approaches the base of manifestation, and this can be highlighted in how compartmentalized and narrow minded people truly think today, almost as if they require some kind of intellectual intervention that liberates them from this mental prison, but then of course you need to deal with the fact that the vast majority of people simply lack the proper aptitude for skillful reflection, for sincere contemplation and this is particularly the case in the Western world, where action is paramount and above all else. But I believe that I should take all the signs given when I encounter stupid people, and yes I may only really blame myself when I still go on with these people, but then again it is truly hard to find anything of true substance in the modern world, and this acute lack of intellectualism is an even more recent development, for in the not so distant past most people were simply not opinionated in the way they are today, but this is also due to the idea of open and free discourse, the egalitarian conception that everyone's opinion are equal, and if not equal at least equally valuable; it must be noted here that we're dealing with another distinctly modern deviation, that of inserting value where value simply does not belong. This is why that aforementioned example of "cyberbullying" is so striking: why should any attention be paid to stupid people who are unable to properly rely on modernity? Indeed, people who claim to be "offended" do so because they are stupid and when someone clearly demonstrates why these people are stupid they then claim to be offended, another monstrous use of a word that do not belong in this connection; I refuse to use the word "misuse" because a word may never be "misused", a world may on the other hand be nonsensical in any given context, such as that of "cyberbullying". But stupid people do rely on sentimentalism and fear, and these are truly the drivers of "discourse". Yes, what is discourse? Well, that's another term that is misplaced, not misused, by modern people, but a better word to describe modern "discourse" would of course be noise. Noise is fitting because stupid people tend to create rather loud noises and the preponderance of these noises, all of these nonsensical "opinions", is what moderns label discourse; on the word opinion, again, I can only say that this word is very much misplaced, because opinion alludes or implies some kind of substance that simply isn't there; stupid people are only capable of producing noise. Sure, I may come off as rash, but I am nonetheless right about these things. Whence noise is produced by most other creatures the word sound or roar, but the word noise of course implies that the sound in question is nonsensical, and this is not true for animals, which means, essentially, that yes, democracy has lowered mankind below animals. The tiger has a roar but his roar may not be labeled nonsensical.
The reason why I am forced to mention stupid people today is because stupid people are the majority under any democratic regime, and these people are very easily manipulated, I've covered that before, and this is why I have such a disdain in particular for populism, which appears to be the latest reinvention or "becoming" of democracy. Propaganda can sometimes work in subtle ways, but since most people are stupid, propaganda is actually quite simple, and as usual it always revolves around hysteria and sentimentalism. Why is this or that wrong? Or why is this or that good? I don't know but I am going to make sure to use emotionalism and all sorts of rhetorical devices to ensure that you fall in line. Well, this is not freedom – this is totalitarianism! And quite right, democracy and egalitarianism are totalitarian, because they are both impossible conceptions and this is why they have to rely on mind tricks. But for the most part you may say that this annoyance can be kept out of life as a mere nuisance, but as I've already stated the critical mass of this horde of stupidity won't allow me to simply not be affected by it, and this is why I encourage you and anyone else to depart from the world. To simply retire from the world over stupid people may also sound rash, but in the end this is your only option, and for more on that read my "Future series", since any more of such talk is outside the scope of this post.
Lastly, I want to admit that this post was a little bit "all over the place", and that's, again, why I have designated this post to my "Personal Notes series", but again I had to write about stupidity since this is not a mere nuisance; stupidity is very serious and it will wreck you. Allow this post to serve as a warning – stupid people will wreck you given enough time. Of course, the perhaps most admirable trait of stupid people has to be their incorrigibility and stubbornness in the face of even profane opposition. But no, I will not deal with stupid people – I will not allow stupid people to wreck my mission.
