Pseudoscience or false science must be distinguished from profane science: profane science, while obviously profane, is still science; false science on the other hand is just that – false. Now, I have not yet had occasion to clearly distinguish between the two, but I have made it a point in every relevant post that profane science has a role to play, even though profane science is a dilapidated form of science, sacred science, and this role is completely material in nature, which is why profane science is predicated on negation of everything that cannot be detected in the most infra-human sense, read "Sacred Medicine". But all this is still not to suggest that you should take the book or books of profane science and just throw it out, because it is clearly and objectively the case that one can go far with the principles of profane science, far in the manipulation and the rearrangement of materialism that is, read "My Views on the Efficacy of Ideas". I should add as well that going far in the material sense is more like digging further and further into the ground; whereas going far in the sense of sacred science actually means ascending above the material modality of continual change and agitation. Lastly, it is of course sometimes the case that it can be quite difficult to actually distinguish between the two (false & profane science), and often profane science will have some or even many elements within it that are clearly false, and there are even many profane scientists that would admit to this.
I think the best example of this kind of confusion is psychology and more specifically psychoanalysis: there are so many instances of theories about the human condition and the human mind, preferably in the case of psychoanalysis the subconscious mind, that have turned out to be completely wrong and where the psychoanalysis themselves will admit to this that they are too many to list, but the most prominent example is perhaps that of the idea of repression and more specifically repressed memories, typically from childhood. What psychoanalysis more specifically amounts to in the end is a kind of anti or pseudo-initiation, a false initiation, for the practitioners, the psychoanalysts themselves, must of course also undergo psychoanalysis before they are allowed to practice this false science. I should also add that apart from being an attempt to bring the psychic down to some kind of quantitative level, psychoanalysis represents a step further from that, namely an assertion that it is possible to explain everything, including in this case the psychic, with human or humane formulas; really, this is an attempt to bring the sacred down to the infra-human level. Yes, because if we can assert that the quantitative level is material and human enough, then this kind of false science must be false precisely for the reason that it cannot possibly exist even in the human domain; what false science demands is something quite impossible, something that exists outside the manifested world. Therefore, false science must be completely unqualified and without a place in the natural order of things, really an aberration, read "Qualification".
Something that is true of both false and profane science is that there is a certain element of forgery involved, but in the case of false science forgery has taken over everything and grown into an almost unstoppable monster, and really what false science does best is that of being a counterfeit, for at least profane science keeps evolving, read "Naturalism and Its Confused Opponents", to fit the image of the manifested world; false science instead attempts to impose a new reality on the manifested world, a new dawn. This is why some scholars quite rightly would suggest that there actually is a certain Satanic element involved with false science, and anyone who engages in this activity does of course run the risk of becoming affected by very dark and malefic forces in what amounts to a kind of pseudo-initiation, as was previously mentioned, and once a man has become "counter initiated" in this Satanism, he will be forever scared. So, what we are dealing with here is a serious matter and something that people who still have a mind of their own should take seriously, and while profane science surely has a certain element of satanism and, as I mentioned above, forgery within it, these aspects of profane science are much diminished, partly because profane science lacks principles and partly because there are still elements within profane science that hold some kind of fidelity with the manifested world and the principles of mechanism, particularly when we are concerned with the basic principles of physics, but even in this domain there are more and more outrageous and false aspects involved and they keep infiltrating and polluting the last vestiges of this science and of profane science as a whole, not that these hard lines between the different disciplines should be taken too seriously, read "The Problem of Borders". Another difference between false science and profane science is that while both tend to constantly evolve, only false science has the power to project a new dawn and a new reality; profane science must still yield to the lowest authority possible, that of human will, read "The Will of God". The power of psychic projection is perhaps in particular what makes false science dangerous, because it is able to keep the mind in a daze while being obviously wrong, but since the mind remains in a daze, the conscious continues to manage to elude reality; this is why false science tends to be so preoccupied with the subconscious, because what false science really seeks to do beyond merely changing the world is to bring down humanity to the infra-human level, that of the subconscious and then even further down to the unconscious. False science does what Satan does best – remains hidden from the purview of man (Genesis 3:4 & 5). Of course, I should add that there is always a certain element of self-deception involved as well (Genesis 3:6 & 7), especially under our current cosmological circumstances.
