Mechanism |

Beware of the claim that any system that can be described and defined in quantitative terms is a perfect, symmetric, and/or closed system – beware of the mechanization of the mind!
While mathematics may seem quite symmetrical, or at any rate it seems that the mechanism of mathematics tends towards symmetry, but the argument against this, read "Naturalism and Its Confused Opponents", is that humans seek symmetry, they seek meaning and beauty, in the meaningless and the inscrutable. Therefore, it seems quite natural for men to seek some kind of explanation, or more to the point some kind of resolution, and this was the point of beauty and the wonders of the enchantment, but since all of this has been lost in the solidification of the world, there is none of that essential in life left, almost none; instead men wager that their mechanical and material explanations should do the job, but they always have to exist in a vacuum or in isolation, for they can only constitute a complete system within the subdomain of the ideas they are supposed to apply in the world. In other words: men have a very corporeal and reasoned understanding of the world, and so far this "worldview" appears to be doing quite well, right? Well, no really because mechanism is only a very superficial thing; to have a mechanical view of the world is to lack everything that makes the world essentially what it is. Again, here I can point to the difference between quality and quantity, read "Qualification", for the Camera can surely capture some corner of the world, some "reality", but only the qualified artisan is capable of capturing the essence of the moment; without the qualified and the essential, the enchanting, there can be no life. Indeed, there could not even be any stones without the proper principle of the stone. The same thing can be said about that which is, or has at some point been, divinely inspired: a life without divine inspiration is hardly a life, and if that life were to be completely outside the realm of divinity, then that life would cease to exist, for there are no mechanisms that can explain life, and most profane scientist would reluctantly agree with this, and really if man, at some point, became enabled to create "life", then this could only occur under the influence of Satanism and misappropriated Shamanism, read "Sorcery & Mysticism" and "What are Demons?", truly this bastardization of life would be an act of necromancy, read as well "Transhumanism". Of course, I must add, if mankind will ever sink this low is hard to tell, but my estimation and the estimation of Scholars is that humanity will have reached the final catastrophe and the final cataclysm, read "Disintegration", before this low, but again it is not quite possible yet to tell, and besides I do not believe in making predictions, read my "Future series".
For that matter and for all reasons not yet stated, no man in his right mind would preach about mechanism, but this is also something, for the most part, quite outside the scope of this post. What should be made clear though is that every time the moderns attempt to appropriate something, and this does indeed include the sacred arts, it simply dies and fades away, for the moderns, again, lack everything that has to do with proper qualification, and a mechanical, line by line, approximation is simply not good enough, read "The End of History"; it is not good enough because it is false and because it will never reach far enough. What we are dealing with here is essentially a problem that could be described mathematically, but then again engaging this kind of mechanism is the same thing as trying to solidify and secularize the world, something that I tend to avoid. I will add this though: if you are attempting to explain something about the world from within the point of view of the infidels, then you are just as well in also applying their language and their principles, really you would do right in attacking the world form their action oriented point of view, for communication would simply fail otherwise; really, it would be as if to attempt communication with an ant, for that is the level these people have sunken to, and some were even born this way. Yes, mechanism is all about action: to move this object, the substantive and immediate, from some point to another, or sometimes this is done just to waste and expend energy, especially in the business of generating more reasons for upholding the material order, because the propagation of materialism is what mechanism is all about at the end of the day, read "What is Capitalism". Of course, it should be stated as well that God will not yield to mechanism, and this is perhaps best appreciated through the feeling that men of some potential still would likely experience when the preposterous and humanist, read "Egalitarianism", assertion that everything is art is leveled against the truly beautiful, that which has experienced proper and qualified cultivation, the truly masterful, read "Democracy". Mechanism, mechanization, solidification, secularization; the horror of all of these indecent and monstrous things still affects the human soul, the human condition, in very adverse ways that now have come to define humanity in this new, and apparently "revealed", state of utter deviation and disease – life as a process of continual decline and rot.
Mechanism is offensive, it is offensive to the human soul and to the spirit of life, but above all mechanism is offensive to everything decent, here I am not referring merely to the exterior, and everything that is based on knowledge, true knowledge, because indeed humanity used to be guided by the will to do right, to do right by God, and to do right by history—history should be understood here as both something past and something past in relation to the remote future—for only this could make life on Earth eternal, only this could enable the "Terrestrial Paradise", read "Temporal Power", and bridge the Heaven and the Earth; of course, in modern times this "bridge" has been destroyed, and destroyed on purpose. Lastly, I should also point out that technique and mechanism are truly distinct, the other being the superior expression of the principle of application, and the other being merely a subordinate pseudo-principle attempting to predate or really masquerade as technique; in this connection I should point to my post about "Gender Queer" and "Gender Roles".
