Why Science Fails |
Saturday – July 18, 2026

Science is a topic that I keep returning to, and this is why I must clarify, again, the necessary distinction between sacred science and profane science, as well as that of false science as opposed to both sacred and profane science(pseudoscience): there are many qualitative differences between sacred and profane science, and it is clear that sacred science surpasses profane science, but then there are certain applications for profane science that nonetheless are important, even though those applications keep changing; this means that both sacred and profane science hold true to some kind of fidelity; false science, as I mentioned in a recent post, lacks all of those qualities and is therefore both false and devilish in conception, and an example that I also mentioned in that recent and previous post was psychoanalysis; now, I will not reiterate the principles of false science here.
Therefore, if you seek to understand the applications of science you must also understand where science works and where science fails, and if you have any connection with the modern world, you should know by this late date that science is increasingly frivolous and "esoteric"; now, the word "esoteric" should only be understood in its colloquial and somewhat causal sense, and not in its proper sense regarding true knowledge. Why then is this the case: why is science increasingly unreliable? Well, perhaps this is a question that most profane scientist are able to answer themselves, but since they seem unable to answer any questions these days, I would not begin to hope, and besides most profane scientist, just like most modern people, like to fancy themselves current and therefore they will never actually subscribe to any principles, even if these principles are wrong, and a man without principles is truly a man without a home and without a domain. Yes, it is fancy to think about the world as if complexity and increasing abstractness, read "The End of History", is some kind of law of nature, but actually when you consider the man postulates of the reasoned order, is it not strange that the advent of the "quantitative leap" should have made the world less complex, at least for the vast majority of people? Of course now, and this is the whole reason why science fails in the end, profane science that is, because certainty is never within reach, at least not for most people, and if you actually seek to reach the core of profane science, you must not ascend the world, but instead you must descend to an even lower level, to the infra-human level. Now, the question that must be raised is of course whether or not science (profane science) ever really had any kind of success outside of this infra-human and abstract modality that keeps digging without ever reaching the bottom? Well, I suppose a good analogy would be to suggest that modern and profane science increasingly tends to scrape the bottom of the barrel, but that analogy would only hold as long as the bottom of the barrel somehow managed to fall and then keep falling; not even the bottom of the barrel is enough these days.
Sure, this all may seem strange... The bottom of the barrel? But think about it: how do you treat most diseases these days? You wait for the disease in question to fully develop and then you attack the disease with some concoction that may or may not work. How about applying wisdom, may that wisdom be material only, to life and ensure that disease is not allowed to develop in the first place, read "How To Prevent Diabetes"? It would be more prudent to prevent disease before it was ever allowed to develop, before it was ever allowed to happen, but this is not how modern medicine works, read "Sacred Medicine" as opposed to modern medicine: instead, modern medicine works by relying in disease, and this can bee seen by how much of modern medicine is a monstrous bureaucracy, and now that bureaucracy is getting larger than the actual practice of medicine itself. Indeed, is this not a failure of medicine? Is it not a failure of medicine to allow people to die from fully preventable diseases? When a man becomes sick and when his soul starts to atrophy, you may say that his condition is terminal, and you may put all of his concerns aside by asserting that he is incurable; well, he is now incurable because you have made him incurable. Besides, in the event that people actually do die from disease, this is also a failure of science.
So, we are dealing with at least two problems here: that of failing people by asserting that there is no cure for example or that nothing can be done to understand the creation of the universe; and secondly, by allowing for the conditions that create disease for example or some other disastrous and near cataclysmic consequence, and this can even be seen in how the weather is now acting up, read "Global Warming". The issue here of course, is that profane science is never able to get to the right conclusions. Consider again Global Warming: what are the causes of all of these weather related problems? Well, the causes have been described by profane scientists only insofar as they apply to quantification; they (profane scientists) are quite able to describe the material effects of Global Warming, but whenever they attempt to definitively describe the causes, profane science starts to fail. Now, some people familiar with Christian theology for instance may suggest that God (Yahweh) has removed his hand of protection from the world, and this would also align much more closely with the cosmological environment, read "Destruction!". So, the world is currently disintegrating and you would be following the current if you believed in the profane science of Global Warming, but in the end this explanation will fail, for it must fail, at least without the word of the proper and qualified authority, read "Hierarchy". Of course, there is no true spiritual authority left in the Western World, and this is perhaps why one could hope that in the East something more qualified could rise, something that did not fail continually, but the time is not right for this and indeed may never be right for this. Again, understand that we are currently living through the age of the Kali Yuga, and that therefore it should be completely within the "reasoned order" for science to fail; again here no supra-human arguments are required.
