Rest |

The Pacific Sleeper Shark has a very, to me, delightful name. I suspect that the Pacific Sleeper Shark is restful, but the naming of this shark may also be completely random, and in that case I suspect that the Pacific Sleeper Shark may or may not be restful, and probably not more or less restful than most other shark species. But why is the name "Pacific Sleeper Shark" delightful to me? Well, this question is actually quite straightforward to answer: I like peace, after all I subscribe to the concept of "Radical Peace"; but I also like sleeping and deep rest, because I know, through intuition, that sleep and rest are very important, and without them you are just not going to be able to live a good life; really, without rest you will soon fade away, and in this regard you may trust or distrust me, but if you trust profane science you will hear and read the same thing – rest is essential and without it there simply will be no life. I believe as well, that rest, meditation, and deep contemplation goes hand in hand and in this sense they form a kind of triad that is necessary for all men, and really I think that this triad completes intuition, if you will, and by that I simply mean that intuition requires a lot of things but action. Indeed, modern men know very little, read "Knowledge", about intuition and deep contemplation, for them everything has to be action oriented, corporeal, and immediate, even though they always seem more capable of placing faith and hope in the future, read "Ideological Indoctrination". So, there is plenty of truth to the idea that modern men should rest more easy, but the material order calls for more and more action, even now to the point where intellectuality is being degraded, even in its most lowly and primitive form, in favor of "skilled trade", as if skilled tradesman require no qualification; in that case, it would be even more preferable with robots doing all the hard work, but this is a topic outside the scope of this post. But the idea that you have to act in order to do is completely poisonous and really devastating, and you can see this with most people today, and this is a reason why people stress, read about that here, because they believe that they need to do more acting and less sitting around, but if these people actually allowed themselves to open up to the world, then there would be some chance that they could move further towards the light and away from the abyss. Indeed, is this not the entire purpose of enlightenment? How is it not better for men to rest than to plow the field, if rest can enable them to move closer to The Creator? Indeed, the point is and was always distraction, and this is the greatest stunt to the development of true spirituality and sacred intuition; modern men are not ruled by this sacred intuition; modern men are ruled by fear and anxiety, read "Democracy" and "Sentimentalism", specifically the propagation of hysteria and sentimentalism. Do you really want to walk around in the world filled with rage, hysteria, and fear? You are so controlled by politicians and the revolutionary elite. You allow these people to set the stage for tomorrow? While you are slaving, yes slaving, away and acting in the world, you are becoming more and more stupid and more and more ignorant; your mind is in continual atrophy, read "Demons". Are you insane, I have asked this question before: are you out of your mind? Indeed, this is my only conclusion: a man without rest cannot be but insane and governed by the serpent. Take a long and hard look at the Hindu (ॐ) God Narayana (नारायण): he is the governor of his domain, of his proper place; in fact, he sleeps on the serpent, for the serpent rules over no man in the domain of the righteous, but you are not righteous; therefore, you are worthy of this slavery, unless you set yourself free, something that most of you are completely incapable of. So yes, there is indeed a tension here, but the tension is not something natural or orderly; the tension is imposed by modernity, and the default is not rest, and in fact many men view rest as something quite pathological and even diabolical. There is only pathology in modernity among modern men, read "Temporal Power". Would God make men pathological, or would men become pathological? Indeed, humanity is moving away from the primordial body, towards disintegration and dilapidation.
What about sleep? Well, sleep, like any rest, is of course important, and I read quite often that profane scientists recommend that you should sleep about 8 and sometimes 8.5 hours every night, but I am quite frankly unable to provide any direction here. I will state that I believe that dreaming is an important aspect of sleep, and really to the psychoanalysts it appears important as well, but for material and quantitative reasons only; I see nothing, almost, in common with them, but what I should state is that you should avoid, like the plague, every one of these brutish and primitive men that are now, as I am writing this, advocating that you should only sleep for a very short amount of time; these are ignorant and evil persons that do not seek to better themselves or anyone else, as if such a thing was even possible, read "Why I'm Not Conservative". Also, if you are unable to rest, you will be unable to act; again, we are dealing with two complementary modalities that do not oppose each other; on the other hand, it stands clear to reason, from intuition, that action is subordinate to contemplation, and this is why the intellect, typically at any rate, holds dominion over the body, although there are certain individuals in which no intellect appears to be present, truly very primitive men.
If the Pacific Sleeper Shark is sleeping for the most part or not, I do not know, but I do not believe that the average human is sleeping more than the Pacific Sleeper Shark, and what a wonderful name indeed! Pacific and Sleep! Good things indeed. Good things indeed. Allow me to end this rant by, again, asserting that it is indeed very important to rest, unless, of course, you want to quickly fade away.
