Intuition |

Sadly as I am writing this post, my condolences, I am just being made aware of a so-called "accident" in the country of Spain (España), and while I have no knowledge about this "accident", at least no more knowledge than what I assume other people have, I must still question the usage of the word "accident". Do I know, do we know, that this is really an accident? Perhaps this is another terrorist attack, read "Another Day in Europe", and if indeed this is another terrorist attack would not be relying on my intuition in making this assessment, not conjecture? No, I am not relying on my intuition here because I simply lack enough knowledge about this matter, but I would advise against assuming that what the media is reporting in this case is quite accurate, and yes at the end of this day it could be the case that indeed this was nothing more but an accident, perhaps, read "Navigating the Informational Landscape". Now, if you do gain more information and if you are open to higher knowledge, then you may actually be able to gain a certain sense of what might have happened in this case or in other cases. When we are asked to only rely on material information, we are blinded to the world above us, really to the true anti-mechanism behind the world, read "Mechanical Procedures".
I stated something similar to this in my post "Sacred Food", something regarding the modern lack of insight: the world has lost its enchantment, at any rate in the intellectual sense, for today everything is cold and lifeless and no signs account for anything beyond mere data points in casualty, or not. If you are unable to rely on your intuition then how are you going to be able to deal with real world threats? Now, you may counter that question, by simply stating that most people have been rendered harmless, at any rate harmless enough, by the monstrosity of modern civilization, and while this is true, it can never be true enough at the edges, at the extremes, and when you are inevitably forced to confront evil, you will be severely wounded without your third eye, without your innate capacity for momentary insight, and you can know this by simply studying the arts and the forms of any ancient civilization; these civilizations were brought forth by intuition and higher knowledge, without which none of our world would have been possible, for these people were not yet divorced from nature, the ancients had a place in the world, read "Hierarchy". I have mentioned this before, read my post "How to Deal with the Insane", and in order to deal with the insane—or any other threat—you must rely on your intuition, and I suppose this would be true, from a material point of view, that you are better off being wrong about someone or something, at least if this something or someone is a potential threat, than being nice about it; well, when you are dead this will of course not matter.
Now, something like a third eye is practically a universal concept, which means that intuition—if we allow the third eye to represent intuition and if we allow intuition to represent true intellectuality—is very close to the primordial wisdom of the world, and really if anything should be true about the concept of vestiges, it would be true to call the third a vestige of the primordial unity, before the differentiation and the degeneration into lesser and more corporeal forms. Of course, in our world it is quite necessary to navigate and negotiate with both wisdom and intelligence, which is why there is no reason to dismiss one for the other; here it would perhaps be useful in allow us to borrow the analogy of the enlightened blind man being carried by the warrior: the warrior is the one with eyesight but without proper knowledge, and so he relies on the trust and the wisdom of the blind sage in order to negotiate his way through the world, and besides this was also the primordial and only proper form of government,* read "Qualification". Much of this bizarre and often absurd modern phenomena can be explained by this lack of intuition: we are currently inhabiting a world were we are expected to rely fully on the mechanical procedures of number, and when number fail we are expected to simply accept failure or even a real miscarriage of justice, as in the case of our inability to deal with truly evil and dark forces in the modern world. Well yes, why should we be able, why should we be capable when we are expected to rely on something artificial and near perfect, something approaching procedural and mechanical perfection, something without a mind, read "Artificial Intelligence"? Perhaps René Descartes can provide an answer to this conundrum...? Another analogy to this, still I am relying entirely on material analogy here, would be the man attempting to use the compass to sail the high seas, and all that can be said about that compass is that it is perfectly useless without the knowledge of how one goes about reading the waves, reading the seas; yes without the knowledge of navigation, all that man can do with the compass, provided he is far enough away from the great north, is to sail towards the north until the compass becomes even more useless. Action without intention and intention without knowledge, amounts to mere chance, cosmic flux, noise, substance without form. Perhaps another term of intuition would be extra reason? The only problem with this assertion is that it subjugates intuition to the lesser domain of reason, of rationality, when reason represents a mere province of intuition, which is why I prefer to refer to reason as a lesser form of intuition, a less developed intuition, and as well as a cowardly form of intuition, intuition without judgment and without wrath. With reason you can never truly know what lies beyond the edge of any limits, and the reasoned world is defined by limitation, numerical abstraction beyond a certain margin of failure. Yes, if this is your intuition, then you should not be surprised when you are overcome by reality, read "Why Not Utopia?". Trust requires time, and only trust can survive the test of time. Yes, this is the essence of true intuition.

* Now, this is actually what a true monarchy should look like, at least in the material sense: the esoteric core must be protected by a caste of highly knowledgeable and wise men or Brahmins (ब्राह्मण), elders if you will; and in this sense the only true and proper role for the warrior caste, the Kshatriyas (क्षत्रिय), would be as the bridge between the corporeal world and the priesthood, read "Democracy". This is to say that the exoteric and anterior aspects of the tradition must be protected by the sword and the sword must be held and wielded by the warrior caste. Of course, this primordial and only proper arrangement has been completely inverted in the modern world, read "The Eschatology of the Kali Yuga".
