Sailing the High Seas |
Monday – September 28, 2026
Sailing the High Seas can surely seem quite romantic, and this is because sailing the high seas is romantic and an experience to treasure, as long as you can, because we may nor be surprised when our supposed "freedom of movement" becomes restricted across seven seas. But I am not merely a dreamer dreaming my life away here, read "Dreaming", but I believe that I can say that sailing the high seas would be an achievement for any man, but also not something to boast loudly about, loudly like a ferocious baboon. Yes, if you want to experience freedom, then you must sail the high seas, for this is the last frontier not yet disturbed by humanity and secular law, read "The Problem of Border". Yes, you may drop your monocle, but you may not use your surprise and an excuse, for you know, you knew from the first day that the world was destined to be ruled by rulers of the lowest order, by beasts among beasts, dwelling in the foothills. This is not a surprise, and so you must now sail the high seas, at any rate you may do this only if you have reached this realization, and then my friend, then you may commit to your pen, then you may actually become a great man, and this will further enable you to become a great person... Yes, I am rambling here, but I believe that only a man that has gone through the hardships of life may call himself a great man, and even then, he will most likely be berated for being boastful and all, really for not being humble. Oh well, being humble is not something that I believe anyone should have to be if they have a reason not to be, but of course most people will not accept this, and I believe then that it is true to say that most people claim that it is important to be humble because they themselves simply do not have the strength to stand up to evil, and so they choose to hide behind simply being humble. Anyways, a man that has sailed the high seas should not have to be humble; now, that man can choose to be humble, for sure, but he also should not be forced to be humble, and if you shame him for telling his story, then you are quite evil. I suppose shame is meant to quiet people, and surely there is a lot of shame going around, being thrown around really, these days, and this is a shame, a real shame I must say.
I suppose that it would be quite "adventurous" to sail the high seas, read "My VIews on the Call To Adventure", and this is true, but I suppose as well that one could borrow the phrase "Sailing the High Seas" in order to use it as a metaphor, and this is true. I guess that you do not have to literally sail the high seas in order to be able to think of yourself as strong. Now, why is strength even important? Well, without strength you will suffer quite a lot in the world, in the corporeal realm so to speak, and a man without strength is essentially a man without ability; it is very similar to comparing him to an alligator without teeth, or any other apex predator without ability. So yes, strength is perhaps best understood as some kind of corollary to ability, but more on this at another time. Yes, I am being very rambling here, and this is because I lack the strength at the moment to actually write something useful and meaningful, and really my back is hurting as well. I was thinking about the high seas recently and this is why I decided to write about this subject, but my intention was not really to obsess about actually sailing the high seas, but I can also see why I also would like to try to sail. Of course, the reason why being able to sail makes you powerful is because you do need strength to be able to actually do it, and so I am now arguing in circles, but still the point should stand. If you deprive yourself of adventures, then who can tell what will happen with you? In that case, you may as well have been born into a completely solidified state. Do not become like stone, stuck in the moment. What is potential worth if it only keeps you in complete isolation? If potential is never released, then nothing can ever happen, and really nothing can ever become differentiated, and we would not be able to perceive at all, because nothing would be. I would argue that nothingness is the only solution to the identity of indeicriblesness, because nothingness can contain nothing, and so identity is the only thing left.
Now, sailing the high seas may come across as quite romantic, as I mentioned above, but the reality of such an endeavour is of course that it is no such thing: if you actually intend to go out on the waters with a boat, then you are going to mostly suffer, but the difference between this suffering and the dailly low intensity suffering, because when you suffer on the high seas, you know what you have to do to change in order to balance your world, in order to find a new equilibrium, but this is not the case in ordinary life, for in ordinary life it seems as if you are constantly on the edge, and that low intensity suffering is always permeating every moment you are awaye, really you are never quite able to find closure, read "Routines". Yes, this ticking clock in the background, read "Nature", and this is most certainly not a good thing or a good feeling for that matter; on the high seas your problems are actually real and quite acute, but there are solutions to your problems in the moment, not in some abstract possible future. These are real truths. In fact, this is knowledge, but not some kind of qualified knowledge, this is merely corporeal knowledge, read "Qualification". This is pure hell. Y'know, having to force myself to write something, but this is my mission, and until the day my mission ends, I will continue. I will continue, but I realize that it may have been a mistake writing about this issue, stupid and vapid as it is. This is a note that belongs to my "Personal Notes series", and I recommend anyone to read that series for more insightful posts than this. I am completely stuck at the moment and I am just seeking to resolve this for now. No, I cannot resolve my current issue, but I can direct you to my post "Disintegration" and "Personal Disintegration". I do not recommend writing. I only write because I have; there is very little enjoyment in it.
